Arrrrrrrrgh you ready to walk the plank judges??
Do you know how much does it cost for a pirate to get his ears pierced?
Me either. But I bet it costs more than participating in this quirky little tradition we have of carving vegetables and taking pictures of them to send to friends around the world! That's right folks, you had all that much fun and it didn't cost you a thing, and I bet the entire time you were rolling those RRRRRRs, telling corny pirate jokes and threatening your friends and family to walk the plank if they kept it up!?
By the way, the punchline is "A buccaneer".
Every year the theme really brings a lot of diversity to the field and this year is no exception, so much so that I decided to include all the kids pumpkins (5) in with the adults (8) and see if you could even tell the difference LOL.
A shout out to the family that flew their pumpkin in to be able to participate, I don't want to hear any excuses from the Southern Hemisphere any more!! More details to come once the pumpkin is revealed!
The theme was Pirate Pumpkin the rules were the same as always, judges will have their responses back to us by the 11th and we hope to have results up on the 12th! Enjoy!!
