Yup, it's a first. We have to start this year by apologizing to one of our dedicated carvers. Actually the very first entry that was received in this year’s contest was missed when the pictures got posted. This is a terrible mistake that was entirely Sarah's fault (boooooo Sarah). Please keep carving!! Here is their lovely entry for all to enjoy titled “Once upon a time, before the kiddos came along...” This year the judges have spoken loud and clear. The theme this year is "Once Upon a Time" which I think was a great theme, it really opened up the options for the competitors and brought together a fantastic spectrum of entries!! I don't envy being a judge this year. Pumpkin 1: "Once upon a time, Conbasauruses happily played on earth" Pumpkin 2: "Magic Beans or Candy, which does this house give away?" Pumpkin 3: 9 Candle Power of Horror! Pumpkin 4: Rapumpkin Rapumpkin let down your long hair... Pumpkin 5:  "It's Always Tea Time" Pumpkin 6: "Why did that chicken..." Pumpkin 7: "Safe from the big bad wolf" Pumpkin 8: "Once upon a time it was quarter to Frankenstein"
